Duties and Responsibilities of the Executive Board

1. Determining short-term, mid-term and long-term goals and policies in the main activities of the group.
2. Ensuring and controlling the active supervision of activities.  
3. Making and ensuring the application of decisions on expanding the current scope of activities and improving efficiency.  
4. Carry out work on additional investment and fields of new activity in line with current goals and policies.  
5. Recruiting human resources for active and uninterrupted continuity of activities.  
6.  Consolidating the attachment of the current human resources to the group via training and fringe benefits.
7. Creating and monitoring systems that control the supervision and efficiency of the aforementioned goals and policies.
