Tuncay Uzun
Head of The Board of Directors
Tuncay Uzun was born in Istanbul in 1967 and graduated from Uludağ University, Department of Econometrics in 1989. Uzun started his working life with the wholesale trade of cotton and nylon yarn in the textile sector, and in 2004 made his first moves in the industrial side by establishing a cotton yarn facility.
Later, with additional investment by establishing the first polymerization plant in Turkey, Uzun has stepped up the production volume in the 80,000 m2 land in Çerkezköy.
In addition, Uzun has investments and board memberships in areas such as energy, real estate, and shopping malls. Uzun is married and has two children.
Yağmur Şatana
Member of the Board of Directors
Yağmur Şatana was born in 1963 and graduated from TED Ankara College and Gazi University Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences Department of Finance / Economics.
Between 1987 and 2011, Şatana worked at various management levels at Finansbank A.Ş.
During the same period, Şatana served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fiba Faktöring, Girişim Factöring and Finans Yatırım, and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Finance and Leasing. He served as Chairman / Vice Chairman / Member of the Board of Directors in sixteen group companies operating in the Finance, Real Estate, Tourism, Port, Energy and Retail Sectors.
Şatana, who worked in Demirören Group for one year as the Holding's Chief Executive Officer in 2011, worked in the Energy, LPG, Fuel sectors and also served as a Board Member in Milliyet and Vatan Newspapers.
In 2012, Şatana joined Kazancı Holding AŞ as a member of the Board of Directors. He served as Chairman / Vice Chairman / Member of the Board of Directors for 5 years in subsidiary companies operating in the energy, generator, natural gas and electricity distribution, tourism, agriculture and food / beverage (Cookshop) sectors. In addition to these, Şatana continues to be a board member of Detur International Holding B.V., which operates in the tourism sector.
Continuing his career as CEO of Doğan Holding in 2017, Şatana was a member of the board of directors of group companies in the fields of media, TV, energy and finance.
Yağmur Şatana has led important change and transformation projects throughout his career in the fields of balance sheet management, risk management, growth, project finance, and marketing management. Şatana is married and has a daughter.
Av. Gencin Kaya Kayıkçı

Being both lawyer and manager, Gencin Kaya Kayıkçı has been working as a board member at Anadolu İplik, one of the leading textile companies in Turkey.
He was born in 1983 and has been living his professional and personal life actively. Having studied at Robert College, one of the leading high schools in Turkey, and graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law with a degree as of 2005, he started his career as a lawyer. He worked as a lawyer between 2007 and 2010, at one of the top tier law firms of the day, Pekin & Pekin. During his term at Pekin & Pekin, he contributed to the growth of the firm with his proactive approach and met the needs of clients in their best interest from a commercial point of view. After a successful career as a lawyer at Pekin & Pekin, his success in empathy, communication skills, and management was recognized and he decided that a career in management was a better opportunity for him. Thus, he worked as both a lawyer and a manager at Göksu Safi Işık (GSI) between 2010 and 2013 and took on the leadership task. With his innovative approach, he took a huge step in his career path and started working as a chief legal officer at Eksim Holding, which operates in the energy, electricity distribution, food, and construction sectors after his career at GSI.
With his proven success in the legal sector as well as in management, Gencin Kaya Kayıkçı was transferred to Anadolu İplik, also being appointed as board member in 2015 and has been adding big value to the company since then.
