Occupational Health and Safety Policy
The Occupational Health and Safety Policy, which we have accepted as Anadolu Yarn and Textile Factories Industry Joint Stock Company, comes from great respect for people and the environment in which they live. Health and Safety of Anatolian Yarn and Textile Factories inevery field where Anonim Company works is the main priority. In order to ensure a healthy and safe workplace, everyone is responsible for doing what is necessary within their jurisdiction. One of our most important objectives is to protect all our employees and the environment we are in against the possible risks of our workforce.
Accordingly;
- In workplaces and add-ons; to ensure the health and safety of employees, subcontractors, visitors and company personnel working outside the workplace, to take all measures in accordance with the applicable OHS regulations and other OHS-related requirements, to maintain equipment and Personal Protective Equipment, to ensure its use as necessary,
- To identify the risks that may cause occupational accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace, to ensure the health, safety and social well-being of employees, visitors, subcontractors at all levels, and to reduce any future financial and moral losses that may arise to them and their families.
- To detect and eliminate unsafe situations and movements that may cause occupational accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace and add-ons, possible accident risks by conducting an effective risk assessment,
- To educate our employees in the field of occupational health and safety and to ensure that they have access to a good awareness of occupational health and safety,
- To ensure that subcontractors and visitors serving in the workplace comply with the rules regarding occupational health and safety set by Anadolu Yarn and Textile Factories Industry Anonim Company,
- Consideringthedevelopment of the industrial world, we plan to anticipate the possible situations in thefuture, to continuously develop and to review our situation,
- Anatolian Yarn and Textile Factories Industry Anonim Company in terms of healthand safety practices, to make it an exemplary company in the eyes of affiliated institutions, chambers of industry and associations,
- We are committed as our OHS policy to ensure the continuity of our OHS Management System established and executed in this direction.
