CLARIFICATION TEXT
1. Introduction
This clarification text has been prepared to ensure that the personal data obtained from the visits of our visitors ('the Visitor') who access the website www.anadoluiplik.com.tr which is the web address of Anadolu Iplık and Textile Factories Industry Company ('the Company'), are processed and the individuals whose data are processed can enjoy their rights effectively in accordance with all the relevant legislation and especially the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the international agreements signed by our country and the Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ('the LPPD') as well as the decisions of the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data. All personal data shared with the Company shall be processed per the law, in connection with our services and prudently and according to the provisions of Article 4 of the LPPD.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed:
- to ensure the security of our website,
- to fulfil the Company's legal obligations,

- to protect and use the legal rights of the Company as granted by law,
in compliance with the personal data processing requirements outlined in Article 5 of the LPPD.

- to real or legal entities with whom we operate in the same address or in cooperation to continue commercial activities without disruption, according to the methods and principles stipulated in the relevant legislation and the conditions and purposes of transferring personal data as stipulated by Article 8 of the LPPD.
4. The Collection Method of Your Personal Data and Its Legal Reason
Your personal data are obtained through automatic or non-automatic methods, through the saving of the IP and Mac addresses of individuals who visit the Company's website.
The legal reasons for the processing of your relevant personal data by the Company are the circumstances that constitute exceptions for the explicit consent indicated in Article 5, paragraph 2, sub-paragraphs a, ç and f of the LPPD. Your personal data are collected by the Company for the indicated legal reasons, in compliance with all applicable legislation and for the purposes specified in Articles 2 and 3 of this Clarification Text.
