Compact
The compact spinning system is a modified-ring spinning system. When producing yarn with classical Ring spinning machines, fibres outside the spinning triangle either do not join the yarn and move away as fly or join the yarn inadequately. As these fibres cannot hold on to the yarn sufficiently strongly, their contribution to yarn's strength is limited. In the compact spinning system, however, after the main spinning, fibres become compact aerodynamically. In this way, fibres can remain close to one another and the mass of fibre brought into the spinning triangle becomes condensed. Under these circumstances, all fibres join the spinning triangle and integrate into the structure of the yarn, thus enabling a better yarn formation.
